Marissa, you're going to adore Erin's work! And I totally agree: she presented so many of these "rules"/tips in such memorable ways that I'll be carrying them forward with me, too. (The one about pairing spicy food with low ABV wine was a big a-ha moment.)

My own video making skills are probably even worse than my pizza-making skills, so trying to emulate you would be a hopeless endeavour. But I'm happy to admire your work and soak up Erin's wine tips!

I really enjoyed watching these videos, Maddie!You’re so well spoken on camera. Curious if you ever used the Ooni baking steel pan? I’m inspired to bake a pizza, though just in my traditional oven for now 😊

Caroline, I'm so delighted to hear this—thank you so much! (FWIW, the "well-spoken" thing definitely comes from a script + careful editing. But with practice, I hope that starts to feel more natural. 🤞)

I haven't used a baking steel yet...though I do have a baking stone, which has made a huge difference when I bake bread. Once it gets cold and rainy, I'll transition to home oven pizza-baking, at which point I do plan on buying a steel...it's Ali Stafford's pick for great home oven pizzas, and I really trust her guidance!

If you buy + use one first, please do report back. 🤗
