Fortunately it’s just the *brush* we use to apply the egg wash! It’s so feathery soft and doesn’t damage the fragile proofed croissants at all. It’s magical!

I love rye bread. I really hip bakery opened in my neighborhood the offers it! I buy a loaf and then slice it and freeze it. Makes me feel like I’m in Copenhagen 🇩🇰

My mouth kept dropping and then saying "WOOOOOOW" with each picture and description. It was happening so much I started laughing. Amazing, Maddie!!! So happy you finally got your uniform with the correct size and name on it! To my tyro eye, your croissants looked superb. 💗
