Wow, c’est l’heure déjà? (It’s time already?) Thanks so much Maddie for sharing your baking school diaries/ experience with us, I’ve enjoyed every single one of your weekly editions the last few months! It felt like we were transported to this magical behind-the-scenes world of French bakery à Paris with you! It brought me so many great memories of the viennoiseries, but also learned so much about the proofing process, the mindblowing amount of different types of bread. Hope the experience was amazing for you! All the best with your next steps (that you’ll share with us soon) Bonne courage!!!
